Sweet as a Button aims to provide our customers with the highest level of a professional service and delivering the greatest quality in merchandise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving.

Refund items must be unworn and in their original condition with labels and packaging still attached.

Upon receipt of your approved return, Sweet as a Button will then issue your refund or ship the item selected by you in exchange.

Sweet as a Button takes great care in packing our items. However on occasions items may get damaged through transit. Should this happen, please take note of any damage immediately on delivery and report this to us. We will then work quickly with the delivery company or Royal Mail to repair or replace the damaged item.
